Job Description
Credit Controller

-Cheltenham (Parking)

-Competitive Salary depending on experience

-Monday – Friday (1pm finish on a Friday)

-Permanent position – great benefits

RE Recruitment are seeking an experienced credit controller to join the team within a rapidly expanding business based in lovely offices on the outskirts of Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business working within a small and friendly accounts team working within a thriving finance department. The role will involve:

-Chasing outstanding invoices via telephone and email within agreed timescales

-Taking ownership of the accounts portfolio and ensuring resolutions are quickly resolved

-Building strong working relationships with customers to ensure they pay on time

-Communicating across the various departments to resolve any queries

-Opening new customer accounts and inputting payments received

-Additional finance duties as delegated from the finance team

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

-Previous credit control experience

-Experience working within a busy accounts department

-Good understanding of Excel and office systems

-A proactive approach to work with ability to communicate at all levels
