Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a global engineering company based near Oxford. This full time, permanent position would suit a Business Analyst who has at least 2 years' experience within a similar role. Managing a portfolio of projects which would involve monitoring the profitability of the projects, providing appropriate analysis and tracking the cash flow are key aspects of the role.

The successful candidate will be fully AAT qualified, be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel to an advanced level, and have SAP experience. The Business Analyst should be proactive with their approach and have excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Business Analyst Position Overview

Management of a portfolio of projects
Performance planning
Forecasting
Reporting and Analysis
Monitoring project profitability
Accruals, preparation and issuance of PO's
Tracking cash flow
Liaising with Project Managers

Business Analyst Position Requirements

Minimum AAT level 4 qualified
At least 2 years' experience within a similar position
Ability to communicate with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Microsoft Office including Excel to an advanced level
SAP experience is beneficial
Knowledge of IFRS Project Accounting
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Business Analyst Position Remuneration

Salary £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
Working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (rising by 1 day per year up to 28 days)
