A growing, highly reputable accountancy practice based with offices based in Uckfield, are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their long standing and friendly department. This practice offers good knowledge of practice software, online accounts software, offering an aspiring, motivated individual plenty of opportunity to develop their career with them!
Within this role you be responsible for looking after a portfolio of clients, statutory preparation of accounts, as well as assisting and training junior members of the team. You will need to have previous experience of working within practice due to the nature of the role and having to hit the ground running!

Bookkeeping duties for a range of clients using a variety of software
Assisting clients with bookkeeping and software queries
Liaising with clients to ensure all records can be completed and VAT Returns filed within deadline
