What you will need to do!
Processing payments, invoices, income, and receipts and entering data into accounting software, NetSuite and tracking bank account balances
Bank reconciliation
Monthly book closing, monthly reporting
Intercompany reporting and accounting
Complete VAT returns
Weekly reporting and preparation of financial statements
Maintain and improve the company’s finance accounting system What we need from you: –
An ideal candidate will have a positive mindset and will be motivated to roll-up their sleeves and get their hand in this role
Previous experience within a similar role
Ideally AAT qualified, however this is not essential
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Be innovative and always looking for smarter more efficient ways of working
Experience in the e-business/digital/SAAS industry would be a plus
Strong MS Excel / Google sheets skills. Knowledge of NetSuite would be considered a big plus
Self-motivated and adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity
Good understanding of local and international accounting, tax, and VAT dutiesWhat we can do for you:-
