Job Description
Are you a bookkeeper who is looking to grow within a well-established company? My client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team based in the Peterborough area.
My client is able to offer a varied role, with the below responsibilities:
VAT returns
Liaising with clients on the phone and face-to-face
Completing monthly and weekly payroll for external clients
Bookkeeping – for both clients and internal companies, including sales/purchase ledger, expenses, credit control
Reconciliation of purchase orders/delivery notes/ invoices to ensure correct goods are received and correct pricing applied
Successful candidates must have the following skills:
Skills and experience using Microsoft Office software, accounts & payroll software.
AAT Qualified
Team Player
Preferably experienced in an accountancy practice environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
