We are currently recruiting on behalf of a established and first class Accountancy firm with an enviable reputation and broad range of customers, including some very large and interesting clients.

Mango Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Audit Manager, who will have 3 plus years audit experience and who is confident in leading a team and able to hit the ground running.

Title: Audit Manager

* Salary: £36,000 to £45,000 per annum

* Additional Compensation: Working from home allowance, continuous CPD training, subscription to membership body, overtime scheme, free parking

* Employment Type: Permanent

* Working Location: Lancaster

* Essential Criteria:

* 3 years audit experience

* ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience

* Experienced in leading an audit team

* Experienced in the preparation of financial statements for companies, partnerships and sole traders

* Able to prepare corporation tax computations

* Ability to review junior and senior members’ work

* Experience in other accounting areas would be a bonus

* An excellent communicator

Additional Information:

The job role would entail:

*

* Working on statutory audits on a range of size and industry sectors both remotely and client premises based

* Managing a team on a job-by-job basis

* Reviewing junior and senior member’s work

* Assisting members of the audit team on audits

* Assisting with the planning and completion elements of audit

* Attending opening and closing audit meetings with the Responsible Individual

* Experience in other accounting areas would be a bonus

* Reporting directly to the Directors
