Job Description
The Company:

Brewster Partners are working with a client in the energy sector to recruit for an Assistant Management Accountant based in Rotherham.

This role will be reporting directly to the Divisional Accountant, taking on a wide range of duties to support financial analysis and reporting duties.

The Job:

Key Responsibilities include:

Performing intercompany reconciliations
Balance sheet reconciliations, balance sheet reporting
Managing the fixed assets register
Ad-hoc journals including weekly payroll journals
Month end reporting and reconciliation
Additional ad hoc dutiesThe Candidate:

Strong finance background required
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Able to work on your own initiative – versatility, able to adapt to changing requirements
Strong MS Excel skills (vlookups/pivot tables)
Knowledge of E-vision financial software would prove advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills – creating and maintaining internal and external relationshipsThe Benefits:
