Job Description
Assistant Management Accountant

This role would be perfect for someone who is AAT qualified or working towards their Level 4 qualification. Brilliant Opportunity to Join a growing business with a friendly and supportive team.

This is a Temp to Permanent position, the client will offer a permanent post for the right Candidate.  

Roles and responsibilities

Performing regular maintenance of the bookkeeping software Quickbooks Online (incl. bank reconciliation) and resolving any accounting queries that arise
Handling and processing of purchase orders, expense claims and invoices
Setting up payments to suppliers
Preparing weekly P&L Reviews and balance sheet reconciliation
Regularly monitoring the cash flow and maintaining a rolling cash flow forecast on a weekly basis
Adhoc project work as required
Hours

Monday-Friday

You can choose to work either:

9am-5pm or 8:30-4:30

From you

2 years experience working within a similar role is desired
AAT Qualified or working towards a Level 4
Great communicator
Ability to work to deadlines
