Job Description
Our client is a major and leading manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn, due to their continue success, growth, and development they are seeking to employ a UK Admin Support – Accounts Payable to join their friendly Accounts team.
Reporting directly to the Credit Control/Accounts Receivable Supervisor
This is a 6 month contract, which offers a competitive salary
Hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm with a 1-hour lunch
The purpose of the role
Job Purpose:
Within in this role the candidate will be offering admin support to the credit control/accounts receivable section with various roles including but not limited to answering emails, raising credits, updating files, allocating some payments.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
* Raising Credit Notes
* Answering Emails
* Updating Files
* Updating Customer Accounts
Skills & Qualifications required:
* A good working knowledge of excel and word
* Experience in outlook and other computer programmes.
* Must be computer literate
* Must be numerate.
Experience & Abilities:
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Good verbal and written communication skill
* Good interpersonal skills and able to work within a team and individually
* Organised, flexible and able to meet deadlines
* Methodical and organised approach to work
