Job Description
THE COMPANY
Would you be interested to work as an Accounts Payable Clerk for a fast-growing and forward-thinking international business providing services to the luxury goods industry around the globe?
If so, we are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Payable candidate to join our client’s Hounslow office!
As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be mainly responsible for preparing and processing payments by BACS or cheque for all goods and services purchased by the business!
THE PACKAGE
● The basic salary for the Accounts Payable Clerk position is between £25k and £30k per annum
● Monday to Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm (onsite)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
● Calculating VAT payments and reconciliation of supplier statements.
● Filing invoices and statements, keeping records of all products and services purchased with the company money
● Preparing, processing and authorising payments via cheque or BACS.
● Handling any purchase enquiries or disputes with suppliers
● Oversight and monitoring of business spending and company purchases.
ABOUT YOU
● 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
● Previous experience within the logistics industry (desirable)
● Good team working skills
● Strong software knowledge
