Job Description
Are you an experienced, high volume invoice processor? Does joining an inclusive and welcoming team sound like the right step for your career?

I am pleased to be supporting a UK wide construction business seeking to add two Accounts Payable Assistants into their successful finance team based at their head office in Coventry on a full time, permanent basis. These roles are suited to Accounts Payable Clerks with experience in high volume invoice processing and query resolution, with CIS experience being advantageous but not essential. Paying a salary of £25,000 + benefits, including hybrid working and progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

Input supplier details onto the ERP system
Maintain accurate records
Enter and validate invoices again purchase orders raised in the ERP system
Liaise and develop relationships with internal departments to solve invoice discrepancies
Deal with enquiries from external suppliers
Keep supplier accounts up to date
Complete monthly statement reconciliationsA bit about you:
