Accounts Payable Administrator Job in Portsmouth

Job Description
The Accounts Payable Administrator will support an engineering services company across activities including but not limited to: Invoice Processing, payment runs, credit ledger reconciliations and supplier queries and resolution
 
The role will be for an initial 6 months on a pay rate of £13.33/hr plus £1.61/hr holiday accrual.
 
Further Responsibilities:

Invoice and credit note processing
Dealing with queries and exceptions arising from suppliers and the internal customer base
Chase Debit balances and reconcile
Reconciliation of key supplier statements 
Ad-hoc tasks as requested Experience Required:

Ability to input and process accurately
Work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and associated experiences
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office 2010 suite of applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
