Job Description
The Company
Able Bridge Recruitment are working with one of the most prestigious accounting firms in Scotland in the appointment of an account director. The role has been created due to growth within the organisation and will work closely with other board members whilst reporting into the managing partner.

Your team off client managers (practice accountants), will be responsible for the production of accounts for a portfolio of specific clients. As a director you will be expected to grow the portfolio, manage the work load and act as a key ambassador for our client at networking events/industry specific events.

It is paramount that you are a ICAS/CA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant who has either operated at senior manager level/assistant director level over the past 5-7 years.

You will be tasked with growing your portfolio at the same time as leading and managing your team. Prior staff management/leadership credentials are essential.
