Page Personnel is supporting a highly established business based in Bournemouth who is looking for an Accounts Assistant – Sales Ledger Clerk to join their accountancy team on a temp to perm basis starting ASAP due to significant increase in business growth. The role reports to the Financial Controller and sits within a team of 8.

Description
As the Accounts Assistant – Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:
Resolving sales ledger/finance focused customer queries
Liaise across the business with internal and external contacts providing financial information
Review outstanding invoices owed and keep accurate up to date records of this
Review payment plans and ensure they are kept up to date and adhered to
Raising invoices for payment requiredProfile
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant – Sales Ledger Clerk, you must:
Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
Be immediately available or on a weeks notice
Be able to adapt to different situations
Be confident with Excel
