Job Description
We’re hiring for an Accounts Assistant to join a tech-savvy, forward thinking accountancy firm based in Stockport. Utilising some of the most advanced software to help streamline their processes including innovative artificial intelligence, a very much work hard, play hard attitude is required to fit in with the current atmosphere.

What will you be doing as an Accounts Assistant?
* Managing a client portfolio to ensure deadlines are met
* Working on a myriad of clients with diverse industries supplying monthly management information, ensuring that deadlines are met
* Having sole ownership of VAT registered clients
* Processing raw information
* Bank reconciliations
* Ledger reconciliations
* VAT reconciliation
* Completing management information reports
What do you need?
* AAT level 3 qualified
* A minimum of two years previous bookkeeping
* Sage business cloud experience and proficient knowledge on accounting principles
* Previous experience working in a practice, or have done accounts for a smaller firm
* A willingness to progress and an eagerness to learn
