Job Description
The Company:

Brewster Partners are working exclusively with a client in the IT sector to recruit for an Accounts Assistant based in Sheffield.

This role will be reporting to the Finance Manager, mainly taking on the Purchase Ledger as well as other finance related duties.

The Job:

Key Responsibilities include:

Preparing payment reports for national and international payment runs
Ensuring invoices are correctly entered into Sage and approved appropriately
Collating expenses and reporting on them
Matching purchase order invoices received against relevant purchase orders, keeping track of any outstanding
Posting of nominal payment as required
Performing bank reconciliations
Dealing with any queries through internal communication systems when needed
Additional Ad-hoc dutiesThe Candidate:

Previous experience in a finance based role will be required
Experience with Sage will prove advantageous
Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
Able to work both individually and as part of a team
Willing to take on new tasks that may be outside of specified dutiesThe Benefits:
