Job Description
Joining a fantastic business near Ringwood, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities, including data entry and maintenance of supplier and customer invoices on to Sage software, undertaking credit control, ensuring timely payments are made to suppliers, as well as bank reconciliation. You will also undertake VAT returns, profit & loss reports, inter-company transfers and reconciliations, and assisting with year end accounts preparation to pass on to external accountants.
The company are ideally looking for part-time, but can be flexible regarding the hours and how they are spread throughout the week. Ideally you will be looking for between 20-30 hours per week. Ideally, you will have strong accounts experience and have previous experience using Sage software
