Job Description
My client is a successful group based in Cannock. Due to excellent and consistent growth, they are now looking to provide further support for their busy finance team. As an Accounts Assistant, your role will be essential in the day to day running of the business and the successful and timely production of company accounts.

Daily duties:
– Processing supplier invoices and posting onto Sage
– Dealing with supplier queries
– Reconciling supplier statements
– Payment allocation
– Posting invoices onto Sage
– Posting and allocating receipts
– Account reconciliations
– Credit control duties
– Preparing information for audit & HMRC
– Providing admin support as needed
– Additional bookkeeping duties
– Up keep good filing system for the business

You will be:
– AAT qualified or qualified by experience
– Strong numeracy and organisational skills
– Excellent communication skills
– High level of attention to detail
– Computer literate
