What you will get in your new role

Generous monthly salary of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
Working schedule of Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 17.30

Your new employer

You will join a well-established business running within the healthcare sector. The success of the company has enabled them to operate across various locations in Scotland. You will become an integral part of the company when joining their financial team.

Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with Senior Management, Practice Managers and other key staff, along with the external Accountant, to certify that financial records are precise and correct. You will also be proactive in data entry and maintaining client records, as well as handling queries via telephone and email.

You'll take pride in supporting other members of the team to assist in the delivery of projects and activities, combined with proactively coordinating your own projects to help the whole team meet the objectives set out by the business.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are extremely interested in speaking to individuals who have experience in working with a high volume of financial transactions, over several companies and ideally within a professional healthcare environment. In addition, experience with Sage payroll, along with the ability to prepare monthly and a strong understanding of profit/loss accounts and balance sheets are essential.
