Job Description
Our client are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join a well-established and highly respected company working within the Construction Industry.
As an essential member of the team, you will be required to be an excellent communicator, have a keen eye for detail with previous experience working towards pressurised deadlines providing effective and efficient support to the department.
Full time working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, Friday 08:30 – 16:30 (45 mins lunch break), our client would also consider applications from part time candidates.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Subcontractor ledger – invoice processing, CIS returns
· Processing weekly BACS payments
· Accounts payable
· Accounts receivable
· Cash Management
· Dealing with general enquiries
· Year-end processes and assisting Auditors
· Assistance with costings
· Other ad-hoc accounts and administrative tasks as required.
