Job Description
Accounts Administrator is required. Our clients are a small but growing business dealing with transport of vehicles, primarily coordinating trade plate drivers for delivery of commercial and trade vehicles.
The right candidate will need to be very organised and self-motivated and must have confidence to chase for outstanding debts. Once appropriately trained within the environment it is vital the candidate will have the initiative to carry out the work required un-directed and will balance the tasks involved appropriately.
Position Overview – Accounts Administrator
* To assist the accounts manager with communication, administration, and customer liaison within the accounts department.
* Generate customer invoices daily.
* Collate and administer invoices for sub-contractors on a weekly basis.
* Chase debtors.
* Process invoices from sub-contractors.
* General administrative and office duties.
* Communicating with sub-contractors.
* Communicating with Suppliers.
* Communicating by email, telephone.
* Problem solving.
Position Requirements – Accounts Administrator
* Confident with a strong telephone manner, being able to deal with awkward and difficult conversations regarding chasing debts.
* Highly motivated, organised, and resilient.
* Can demonstrate a high level of customer service skills.
* Previous experience with SAGE accounts would be an advantage
* Experience in payroll.
Position Remuneration – Accounts Administrator
* Monday – Friday
* 08:30am- 17:30pm
* Salary £19,000 – £23,000 (depending on experience)
