Accounts Administrator
Temp (1 Year FTC)
Full Time
Kettering
£23,000 – £27,000

SF Recruitment are working with an excellent business in Kettering who are seeking an assistant accountant to join their team on a full time basis on a 1 year contract as Maternity Cover. Sage 50 experience is essential for this role.

Main Duties:

Sales Ledger
– Invoicing, running the link, Sage report, ABN upload and drawdown
– Credit checks on ABN, Credit application forms, setting up customers on Sage/Stirling
– Customer ledger report – Keep an eye on anyone going over credit limits/submit credit limit increases
– Remittances/payments received – print/chase remittances, check ABN for payments, clear down on sage, file invoices with remittance
– Credit Control – Chase any customers with outstanding payments
– Send out statements – End of month

Purchase Ledger
– Matching, batching and coding invoices
– Add up suppliers to pay weekly (BACS)
– Print off invoices that come via email/online portals
– Clear down DDs and file
– Creating new suppliers on Sage
