Wealth Management Administrator

Location: Berkswell

Salary: Excellent + benefits + bonus

Hours: Full time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Administrator to join this highly successful Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, and the first point of contact both for visitors to the office and for telephone calls received, so an enthusiastic and professional attitude is essential.

The Role: Wealth Management Administrator

This role is more than just running the front desk and answering the phone. You will be helping in many other areas of the office, which makes this an interesting and varied position, and will appeal to someone with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Specifically your role will involve:

* Reception duties, answering the phone, taking messages, making client teas and coffees, preparing meeting rooms for client visits, producing Information and Welcome packs and organising client gifts

* Managing practice literature and stationery levels, ensuring both are always up to date and compliant

* Dealing effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication

* Helping other members of the team with day to day office support duties when required

* Updating and maintaining accurate records of all client contact using Salesforce database

* Preparing information for meetings including client files and any compliance documentation required

* Providing support as required to all departments within the Practice, including the Management team.

Previous experience Microsoft Word, Outlook and Client Relationship Management Software, (ideally Salesforce would be an advantage) and training on telephone and inhouse computer systems will be given.

* Has previous experience as a receptionist or administrator in a professional office environment

* Is organised and tidy, and has strong attention to detail

* Enjoys dealing with people and has first class communication skills

* Is confident and can work with total discretion
