Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well established and reputable Accountancy Form who are searching for a VAT Senior Manager to join their friendly team based in Maidstone.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a VAT Specialist to join a growing National Accountancy Firm with a clear career path to progressing to Director level and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:-

General VAT advising covering multiple sectors such as property and construction, manufacturing, consumer goods, natural resources and financial services.

Interact closely with other lines of services such as tax, audit, corporate finance.

Manage, mentor and coach managers and other junior members of the team.

Involvement and interaction with businesses in the area.

Business development of new clients and business.

Job Requirements:-

ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification.

Proven track record in a VAT advisory role.

Good people management skills.

A passion for excellent customer service.

Able to give and receive constructive feedback to continually improve own and others performance.

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for all work undertaken.

Salary:

£70k to £85k DOE

Flexible working offered.
