Job Description
This is a work from home role.

Time Appointments are working on behalf of a global claims management company based in Ipswich, who are looking for a fluent Italian/Turkish speaking individual to strengthen their team!

The successful candidate will assist and support an existing portfolio of clients whilst providing outstanding service.

You will be fully trained, and you need no prior experience!

Skills & Experience Required:

* MUST be fluent (oral and written) in English and German

* No previous experience is required – full training will be provided

* Thrives in a customer facing, fast-pased, B2B environment

* Team player

* Confident communicator

* Detail orientated

* Tenacious

* Willing to share best practice

* Demonstrates good judgement
