Job Description
The role of Trainee Accountant is a key role within the team dealing with maintaining accurate records of accounts payable, inventory and other financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing supplier invoices, expense forms and payments
Posting of cash transactions and reconciling bank accounts
Supplier query resolution and follow up
Posting credit card transactions and reconciling statements
Extensive use of ASL’s ERP system and use of MS Office
Posting of payments and allocation against customer and supplier accounts
Collecting and presenting data
Update the weekly cash flow to reflect new invoices received
Assisting with P11d returns
Assisting with audit preparation and audit queries
Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end accounts
Assist with the preparation of management reporting
Cover for other members of the Finance Team during periods of absence
Assist other members of the Finance team as requiredIn Return:
