Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a exceptional Accountancy Practice based in Kent who are looking for a Tax Partner or Tax Director (Partner designate.) This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing partner who wants to progress their career a Top 10 Accountancy Practice or a Director that wants to progress quickly to Partner level.

As a dynamic Tax Partner/Director you will be managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the compliance process. You will manage the tax team, providing coaching of assignments, conduct appraisals and encourage development of the team to deliver the best quality of work. The position will be across both a corporate base of clients and also private client.

Requirements for the Position:-

ACA, ACCA, CTA, AAT or STEP qualified.

Previous Mixed Tax experience would be highly advantageous.

Strong technical knowledge.

Excellent communication skills.

Professional and friendly in approach.

Proven working background in an accountancy practice at a minimum of Director level.

Salary:-

£100k to £175k
