Exemplia Group have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join the team.

Location: Manchester

Salary:£20,000 – £25,000 OTE £30-35k

Job Type: Full-Time

Talent Acquisition Executive – The Role:

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.

Talent Acquisition Executive – Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinating with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers to identify staffing needs

– Taking part in Hiring Manager briefing meetings

– Determining selection criteria

– Sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as advertising, job boards, social platforms and professional networks

– Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and Teams interviews

– Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

– Screening candidates via the phone and Teams calls

– Providing CVs, Interview Notes and Candidate Overviews for Hiring Managers

– Providing interview feedback and rejecting candidates when appropriat

– Extending offers to candidates and managing them through the offer process to ensure they accept and join the organisation

– Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

– Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Talent Acquisition Executive – You:

– Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

– Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– An understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations

– Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
