Job Description
LHH are delighted to be working with a fantastic Sussex based business in the recruitment of a Strategic Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is a hugely exciting role for the business and one that focuses on strategic analysis, business case evaluation & presentations along with being heavily involved on large scale projects.
This highly commercial and strategic role requires someone who has exceptional financial modelling skills and who is competent with investment appraisal techniques. The role will also have a focus on sustainability reporting, and you will lead on 5-10 year business plans around carbon reduction and getting the business to net zero.
Key skills / experience:
Either a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or someone from an Economics Advisory business.
Excellent financial modelling skills is essential
Strong investment appraisal experience
Have a high level of communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders including CFO, CEO and board membersThe company operate a hybrid working policy with three days in the office although due to the nature of this role and the need to work across the business this may on occasion be more days in the office
