I am looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst who is looking for their next challenge.

You will be expected to provide strong service, be proactive and use your knowledge of various systems to be successful in the role. The responsibilities of the role include, supporting junior team members, being the point of call for escalations, taking ownership for tickets within the team and working alongside the Team Lead to manage existing projects being implemented.

The role will be very hands-on, not only will you be tasked with the day to day tasks but also be someone who is proactively looking to prevent and foresee potential issues before they occur.

The role is working on site majority of the time with potential for remote working sometimes. Their office is based in central London and it is paying up to £44,000 whilst having a 10% non-contribution pension as well as a 15% bonus up for grabs.
