Job Description
RM Recruit are working with a fantastic charity who are on the lookout for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Our client offers hybrid working where travel into their offices is on a once/twice per week basis with the remainder home working. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a forward thinking organisation where you will be pivotal in decision making and also bridge the gap between Finance and the wider organisation.

Main duties include:

* Ensure the organisation's planning and analysis is up to date, accurate and produced in a timely manner

* Proactively bridging the relationships between FP&A to Operations and the wider organisation in a Business Partnering capacity

* Responsible for analysis, forecasts and planning (5 year plan)

* Project Accounting

* Finance and non stakeholder liaison and working with operations

* An understanding of any obstacles facing the organisation and it's impact on the wider charity

* Collaboratively working with all departments and developing key relationships when preparing annual budgets, scenarios and forecasts

* Ensuring commercial decision making is accurately reported

* Awareness of the organisation's cash flow including reporting and forecasts

* Financial modelling

* Leading the team by example including guidance and support

As the ideal candidate, you will be qualified, ACCA/CIMA or equivalent however, Part Qualified and those who are QBE will be considered. You will possess good managerial experience and be confident in communicating financial reports and analysis to non finance stakeholders. Knowledge of the charity and wider Third Sectors will hold you in good stead however, candidates from outside of the sector are also encouraged to apply.
