Job Description
Scrum Master – Inside IR35 – Fully Remote – 12 Months

I am working with a highly repuatable finanical company who are looking to bring a Scrum Master into their team for a 12 month contract position. This role is fully remote, Inside IR35 and offers flexible day rates DOE.

The following Experience is required:

Operate as a Scrum Master for multiple teams in parallel

Support and educates teams so that they can run their own effective Scrum meetings, teaching teams how to hold stand ups supporting daily plans, forming a sprint backlog and goal during sprint planning within a timebox

Enables Scrum teams in self-management to form and meet their commitments. Guides teams in practices for keeping sprints on track and transparent to their stakeholders

Teaches and then coaches teams in good practices for successfully interacting with other scrum teams and the wider organisation.

Ensures that Scrum teams are transparent of their progress and are proactive in their communication.

Ensures that Scrum teams are identifying and resolving impediments, escalating where required.

Encourage, support, and guide continuous improvement of the team, its products, and processes.

Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are understood and adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority so that Scrum Teams can make the tough calls.
