Scheduling Coordinator – 6 Months – Inside IR35 – £200pd – Fully Remote
I am working with a highly established Financial company who are looking to bring in a Scheduling Coordinator to join a highly performing recruitment team. This team focuses around an array of hires to support their global business across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting candidates with logistical questions during the interview process. Coordinates and schedules onsite and phone interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
Skills & Responsibilities
Ensures that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment and interview process – candidates should have at least 1 years commercial experience applying the same skills.
Coordinates and schedules interviews for candidates.
Communicates and processes expenses reimbursements for candidates.
Tracks interview volume and updates management.
