Part-time Sales Ledger Clerk
25 – 30 hours per week pro rata
£23,000 pro rata (£11.79 per hour) + Benefits & FREE PARKING
PERMANENT ROLE / Yate with FREE parking

The Job:
This is a part-time sales ledger role based in our Yate office. Ideally 25 – 30 hours per week.
Duties and responsibilities of the role include:
Sales ledger input and reconciliation for invoices and applications
Credit control
Work on spreadsheets and Accounts packages.
Providing general Accounts office support.
Liaising with engineers regarding applications and valuations
Working with Commercial manager regarding contract terms for invoicing
Answering the telephone and dealing with emails.
Respond to routine Accounts enquiries and correspondence via email and mail.
The Person / Qualifications / skills required
Previous experience in a Sales Ledger role, preferably within construction and raising applications
Good customer services skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
The ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly with sometimes a large workload.
Good IT skills with knowledge of Sage 200 and MS packages.
A team player that is self-motivated, with a confident and enthusiastic attitude.
Great organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
The Salary: Salary £23,000 per annum pro rata (£11.79 per hour)
The Location: Yate with FREE parking
The Hours: 25 – 30 hours per week
