THE ROLE
Creating purchase orders
Processing all purchase invoices, coding up and resolving any invoice approval issues
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any resulting queries and discrepancies
Setting up new supplier accounts
Prepare for weekly payment runs
Bank reconciliation
Dealing with supplier queries promptly and accurately
Managing the creditors ledger so it is up to date and as tidy as possible
Ordering company supplies
Preparing month end accrual
Support team members with workload during time of absence and peak periods
Experience using Sage 50 and an AAT qualification would be desirable but not essential
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
