Job Description
Are you a recent "A" Level school leaver, or recent graduate looking to gain exposure to the private wealth arena ?
An exciting new opportunity for a Private Office Administrator to join a well-established and growing
accountancy firm, working within a dedicated team who pride themselves on providing a professional service
to their clients. Previous relevant experience is not required as training will be provided, however a strong
attention to detail and willingness to learn will be essential.
You will be providing administrative support to the Private Office on a variety of interesting projects, assisting
with client affairs and documentation. The candidate should be flexible and able to work under pressure to
ensure the company delivers against its objectives in a timely manner.
Managing client administrative services
Assisting on coordinating the financial affairs of Private Office clients
Providing bespoke services to each client, with intimate knowledge of their affairs and personalised execution of plans
Assisting with project-based tasks upon request, as and when they arise
Tracking investments and reporting on family wealth
Managing client invoices to ensure they are paid on time
Managing client charitable donations and gift aid payments
Analysing bank statements to identify and report trends and irregularities
Working closely with the company’s managing partner, organising meetings with clients and key
stakeholders
Assisting with any other general administrative assistance when required
Ensuring all related administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
You are degree or A level educated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of Excel, MS Word and Outlook
Confident in dealing with people at all levels
Highly organised
Strong time management skills, ability to work to deadlines
Great attention to detail
Pro-active
Ability to work well as part of a team
Super working environment within minutes of Waterloo Train Station
