Our Processing and Administration team are looking for an enthusiastic Post Room Operative to support their daily workload of incoming and outgoing post. If you have experience of dealing with large volumes of incoming and outgoing mail, then this could be the role for you.
Summary of Key Responsibilities and Role
You will be working in our Processing and Administration department. We are the main hub of the business. Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post which is vital to the operational running of the organisation. Administration may also be required from time to time with ad hoc duties in line with the role to support the department.
Principal Responsibilities
* Receiving incoming post, opening, and sorting into the relevant departments
* Updating our systems with regards to incoming post
* Scanning and uploading documents from the post
* Preparing outgoing post as and when required for collection by Royal Mail

* Post room experience.
* Organised and methodical.

* Excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to learn quickly and be a team player.
* The ability to multitask and be able to use different software
