PAYROLL TEAM MANAGER

SOUTHEND

£33k – £37k + BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is exclusively partnered with a Not-for-Profit Organisation. They're looking to hire a Payroll Team Manager, to join the Payroll team and support the Finance Director. This role would be a fantastic role for a candidate that is looking to develop a continue within Payroll Management working within a fantastic Not-For-Profit Organisation.

PAYROLL TEAM MANAGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Manage the organisations Payroll team and report into the Finance Director
Adhering to all legal and contractual regulation.
Using existing skills, analyse data collected to present to Senior Management
Handling payroll queries
Adhere to the company's deadlines for payroll processing
Other ad-hoc duties within the payroll team

KEY EXPERIENCE:

4 years' experience within a Payroll Environment
Experience within an Accounts Environment
IT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel
Determined and results focused

THE PAYROLL TEAM MANAGER SALARY IS PAYING UP TO £37,000 + BENEFITS
