Job Description
A Credit Controller is required to join a well known global premium home appliance business based in Weybridge. The Credit Controller will manage a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for the collection of debit notes and resolving any disputes and queries. The Credit Controller will liaise with the Credit Analyst in regards to credit limits and held orders.
The successful candidate will have over 3.5 years experience within a similar position, have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent teamwork and communication skills. Experience within a blue chip company is advantageous for this role.
Credit Controller Position Overview
Collection and processing of debit notes
Managing a portfolio of accounts
Chasing of high volume debit notes to resolution
Resolving invoice disputes and queries
Reconciliation of customer's accounts
Liaise with Credit Analyst regarding credit limits and held orders
Raising of promotional / price credit notes
Credit Controller Position Requirements
5+ years' experience within a similar position
Previously worked in a blue chip company advantageous
Microsoft office skills with Excel to an intermediate level
Oracle based system experience is an advantage
Previously worked with KPI's and Service Level Agreements
Keen eye for detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Credit Controller Position Remuneration
Salary £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
1 day working from home available after training period
