Payroll
c£35,000 per annum DOE
Based near High Wycombe
Full-Time/Permanent
An exciting new Payroll Administrator role has arisen within our client's business. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to carry out a combination of Payroll duties, Auto-Enrolment and general admin and filing.

So, what could a normal day consist of?
Payroll duties:
* Processing regular client payrolls
* Managing process from receipt of data to printing and despatch of reports
* Production and despatch of payslips and P45’s etc
Auto-Enrolment:
* Staging date review/informing clients
* Letter and communications
* Input and reporting to/from the payroll system
* Production of files for upload to the relevant pension provider
* Consultation and reconciliation of payments
General Admin and Filing:
* Keeping Client Data Sheet and Excel database up-to-date
* Scanning and filing documentation relating to the payroll
* Regular completion of timesheets
* Support payroll
* Liaise with clients
