Job Description
Opal Recruitment are looking for a full time or part time Payroller for our client in Barnsley. Our client, is looking to recruit a Payroller to work alongside their busy team due to the company expanding in size and an additional pair of hands is required to support the Payroll team.
These are some of the responsibilities you would take on as the Payroll Administrator
* Monthly processing of timesheets : Processing SSP/SMP/Unpaid leave/ Overtime etc as per company procedures. Liaise with line managers etc regarding submission of sick notes/return to work forms etc
* Preparing P11d forms for any taxable benefits to be reported for EOY submissions.
* Handle administrative payroll duties including filing of documents in an orderly, timely manner/ sending out P45’s,
* Recording/Processing any invoices related to payroll on our accounting system e.g recruitment invoices, Childcare,
* Assist with month end payroll processes : Extracting reports
* Reconciliation of the monthly pension reports etc.
* Reconciliation of payroll GLs monthly.
