Job Description
Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a role with the option to work fully remote with the occasional visit to the office? 

Working for a major global software house with 1000’s of staff globally, this is a hands-on role where you will provide both payroll strategy and oversight to the global payroll team. A business that truly supports development and training, a great company to gain experience and progress in your career.

It would be beneficial if you have worked across multiple countries as you will be supporting the EMEA region. It's not a large payroll c. 300 – 500 (EMEA) but does cover multiple territories e.g., Germany, Spain, Turkey, South Africa, Lithuania, Sweden, France, Italy

This is a remote working role with flexible work options, but ideally, you need to live within one hour or so’s commute from Birmingham to be able to attend meetings.  

Your responsibilities will include payroll delivery, vendor management, operational effectiveness, development of service level metrics and management of end-to-end controls for payroll processes whilst also developing a culture of continuous improvement in all countries. 

Salary: £25,000 + 10% bonus

It is important that you have payroll application experience (such as Workday), along with advanced Excel skills to perform complex analysis and reporting (Vlookup, pivot tables). Any CPP, CIPP or Global Management Certificate (GMPI) is a plus.
