Rose Recruitment are looking to source an Office/Accounts Manager for our fantastic client in Aberdeen. The role will go permanent for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Xero Accounting inc.

* Daily bookkeeping

* Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

* Invoicing Customers

* Credit control

* Liaising with Directors on supplier payments

* Preparing payroll information for accountants.

* Day-to-day office management

* Managing facilities, incl. cleaning company

* Staff HR – holidays, sickness

* Liaising with IT provider

* Supporting Directors / Senior Managers as required
