Mortgage Case Manager
Manchester
£20,000 – £25,000 Basic Salary – Employed
 
An award-winning Mortgage Brokerage in Manchester is currently on the lookout for exceptional Case Managers to join their busy and expanding team.
 
As a Mortgage Case Manage, you will work closely with the Mortgage Advisors and provide them with valuable support by gathering essential information for all new applications. In addition, you will have the chance to build relationships with customers by being the first port of call for any questions or queries to ensure a smooth and friendly customer journey at all times.
 
You’ll be joining at a time of immense growth, meaning you will be playing a key role in the future of the business and the service they provide to their customers.
 
What you’ll bring:

Good understanding of the mortgage market and process
A positive and personable service to our customers.
A confident and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build strong relationships
Excellent attention to detail and a ‘gets it right first time’ attitude
A willingness to learn and go the extra mile for the business
Proven experience in a similar previous role
Competence with various systems and the ability to learn these quickly What you’ll get:

£20,000 – £25,000 Basic salary
Monday – Friday hours 9am – 5.30pm (NO WEEKENDS!) J
