Our client, a well established worldwide firm in Reigate are looking for a Management Accountant to join their Accountancy team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months. The role comes with a great hybrid working split and offers a very quick start.

Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse income and expenditure, investigating and reporting on variances and discrepancies.
Manage balance sheets – ensuring clarity and accuracy of reconciliations.
Preparation and analysis of the UK and US companies tax compliance requirements.
Assist with year-end audits, ensuring UK standards are met for UK entities.
Lead the production of company payrolls, including bonus and commission schemes.
Supporting the Finance Manager with healthcare, life insurance and pension requirements
Identify and support areas for process, reporting and systems improvement.
Support and training where appropriate.
Support the Finance Manager and wider team where needed.
Building and developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
