Job Description
LLH Recruitment Solutions are working exclusively with a Global Bank based in London, they are building a new lending Division and are currently looking for Export Finance experts to join their Transaction Management team.

Ideally, they are looking for Export Finance or Loans Agency experts for a Vice President level role with knowledge and exposure in Transaction Management, Loans Portfolio work, Wholesale Lending or Syndicated Loans.

You will act as a central point of contact within the Agency team and will use your planning and organisational skills to interpret information daily

Your key responsibilities for this Loan Agency role will include:

Liaise across the European offices interacting with intercompany groups including Front Office, Loans Agency, Legal Services, and Foreign Exchange groups.

Your role as their loans product Subject matter expert will be to manage a portfolio of structured deals, whilst providing guidance to both internal and external partners.

Your main task will be to look at bespoke deals:

Discuss deal flows with internal stakeholders
Negotiate complex points with external partners providing solutions where applicable and act as the escalation point internally
Review the complex documentation, including different product types, providing a template for future documentation
Manage complex Events of Default and take the lead in negotiating on the syndicate's behalf
Take a key role as a senior SME and have the necessary technical skills to deliver a superior service to, and build relationships with, stakeholders
Manage the team's workflows, sharing knowledge, and mentor the team.

Key Skills required for this Loans Agency VP role:

Proven experience Loans Agency and Syndicated Loans, ideally a person who is a subject Matter expert
Knowledge will cover facility agent, loan documentation, and business practices
Exposure to syndicated loan parties including Security Agent, Collateral Agent, Account Bank, Intercreditor Agent and Loans Arranger
Understanding of other Loan products including bi-lateral, syndicated and club
A clear communicator both written and verbal, confident in building business relationships
This role would suit a well organised person, who is a capable of multi-tasking to meet different deadlines
