Job Description
Senior Learning Manager, Core Finance / SAP Trainer – 9 months contract (Inside IR35) – £700 per day – London – Hybrid (2-3 days a week on site)

Our client BT is looking for a Senior Learning Manager to support training across the business for the second phase of their transformation programme across all units in BT.

You will work as part of the Phase II Training Team and report to the MFB Phase II Training Lead.

Responsibilities:

Work with team members to implement the training strategy
Conduct a training needs analysis that will involve engaging with key stakeholders to capture training needs
Build a catalogue of learning content using a variety of tools
Work with relevant team to organise and deliver User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Training and Train the Trainer (TtT) Sessions
Capture feedback to measure the effectiveness and coverage of training, adapt as required
Skills & Experience:

Experience of working on large business transformation programmes
Instructional design experience that incorporates utilising blended learning solutions
Experience training delivery on SAP
Experience of delivering training to business users through a variety of delivery channels e.g., traditional and virtually via teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and interpersonal skills – comfortable dealing with challenge and conflict using influencing and empathy skills to resolve conflicts
Experience of working in a Financial Organisation
Converting complex finance systems / processes into easily digestible collateral for decision making and engagement purposes

Month End, Intercompany, Tax, General Ledger, Closing Cockpit, Business Warehouse
