Job Description
This well established and successful financial company is expanding and looking for someone with a background dealing with Loans or possible an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk with a passion for a career in banking and finance. What will you be doing as a Junior Loans Manager?
Working with customers across the UK and Europe, you will be providing day-to-day assistance supporting the Senior Loan Manager in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loans. You will be working with them to ensure the needs of the Lenders are met as set out in the respective loan agreements. Duties will include:

Assisting with the management of multiple loan positions and the completion of loan facility requirements
Assisting with the collection, preparation and analysis of various reports
Assisting with the on-boarding of new deals including reviewing the transaction documents
Compiling a Loan Overview identifying all debt service requirements and variables required to create the loan facility
Reviewing loan agreements, servicing agreements and other finance/security documentation
Assisting with the audit of information and compilation of the Loan Task Tracker
Arranging and collating documents for execution
Liaising with various professionals including Borrowers, Lenders, Asset Managers, Property Managers, Valuers and Solicitors
Representing clients and investors on a daily basis within the role as Facility Agent, Security Agent or Primary Servicer
Compiling a Task Tracker identifying all financial and non-financial deliverables required during the term of the facility
Issuing reminders for upcoming deliverables and the ongoing monitoring or maintenance of the task trackers
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience dealing with loans, possibly in a commercial or other banking environment
Experience of supplier relationships
An experienced Purchase Ledger candidate with excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a new carer would also be an option
A background as a Relationship Manager or similar in the commercial banking sector would be interesting
Superb communication skills with a positive and upbeat manner
Analytical and highly numerate as well as possessing excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable using Word and have strong skills in Excel
