Job Description
CV Screen is recruiting an interim Financial Controller for a specialist investment management company based in London.

This will be a one year maternity cover contract with a salary of circa £100,000.

Role Responsibilities:

Take ownership and manage the team that is responsible for the business’s finance and operations functions.
Overview and review of the production of the various business streams annual budgets as well as enhancing business line financial forecast models by partnering with business heads and providing ad-hoc support
Overview and review of the production of the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle across the fund structures
Attend quarterly fund Board meetings as appropriate
Assist the team with the preparation of annual financial statements and co-ordination of the annual audit for each fund
Overview and assistance in co-ordination of the tax compliance obligations of the funds with corporate service providers
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements across the funds
Supervising the team of currently 3x qualified and 1 x part qualified accountants
Develop and mature financial processes and support growth in new business across the group
Assist in providing information to IR team for investor presentations as they arise
Salary

Circa £100,000 DOE

Location

Hybrid with 4 days in the London based office
