Seeking an enthusiastic individual to join an exciting company as an Insurance Consultant/Account Handler. You will ideally have an insurance or customer service background.

THE ROLE:

Communicating with clients over the phone and by email, providing excellent service
Client meetings and visits
Renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims
Ensure the client is presented with the most suitable cover
Communicating with underwriters
Responding to queries from clients
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: 

Insurance experience – desirable
Customer service experience
Ability to build rapport  
Effective written and verbal communication skills
